Really easy Man, just take the outer fairing off and its right there. takes the operation of a screwdriver. I wish I was closer, I would do it for you. good luck Man, save the cash for other fun ****.........

Not knowing the year of your bike it is hard to offer advice on replacement sound system but speakers in pre '14 batwings are pretty easy to change if that is the problem and ya get the proper ohm and size/adapters.
