catalytic converter
Is there a way to determine if the catalytic converter has been removed? I bought a used 2012 Ultra with Rinehart slipons and V&H power duals that were installed by the dealer at time of purchase. The guy I bought the bike from had no idea if they removed it or not. Thanks

Power duals don't have cats 
Since the whole exhaust system was replaced, the cats went away with the OEM head pipes.

Small picture.... but they look like Power Duals. Defiantly not stock.

No cats in any of the aftermarket head pipes (at least none that I am aware of).
With those Power Duals and Rinehart slip-ons, your bike should be quite a bit louder than a factory stock one too.
