Default 15 RGS Apes question

I am looking at putting either 10" or 12" apes on my 15 Road Glide. Looking at KST, Vandikta or PY Monkey Bars.
I would prefer not to mess with wire extensions and/or clutch and brake lines.
Can anybody tell me what they have installed and what was required?
Thanks for your time.

I had 12" KST Mayhem bars on my Road King when I was ran off the road. Was never crazy about the wrist angle and they were kind of wide. Bike is being rebuilt and I picked up a Reaper 13" which is much closer bar end to bar end and I believe will be much more comfortable. When I had my Road Glide I put some cheap 9" apes on it as I wanted something a bit more comfortable but did not want to bother with cables or extensions. Don't think you will be able to go as high as you want without cables/wire extensions but I was wrong once before.

Depending on what apes (they are all measured differently), you will need wire extensions on the 12s. Not a big deal though. They are plug and play on the Canbus bikes. No soldering or anything. Couldn't be easier. The clutch and brake line will be fine on 12s.
