Default error code P0134

I have a 13 Road Glide since adding the Vance and Hines true duals with Rhine hart exhaust. It throws a P0134 code which has to do with the 02 oxygen sensor and then a PN32999-11. Is the PN32999-11 the part number? if I do a search on the net or at HD.com I get nothing. will replacing the 02 sensor solve the problem? The bike seems to run fine it just doesn't feel right it's hard to explain when going down the road it kinda feels like something is holding it back, when I get on it it acts like it should. Could the 02 sensor being bad cause this feeling?

The PN thing is normal. It's the pn for the ECU or something I forget.

Anyway, be sure you connected the O2s correctly, at the right places, and that if you're using eliminators, they are connected tight etc.

What tuner are you using?

Your O2 harnesses are both plugged in behind your right side cover properly, right? The wires appear to be intact OK at the O2 end? Is that all that was done to the bike - just new pipes? Did you do the work, or a shop?

You also want to make sure the pins in the O2 sensor connector are not pushed back a little. This was mentioned in the electrical diagnostics manual, so it might be a relatively common occurrance

P0134: No O2 sensor activity.
Unplug them, check the pins, make sure you re-connect them properly, clear the code and test ride.

bike feels sluggish because the bike is in safe mode (rich, retarded) - but normal when you get on it because it's in open loop and O2 sensors not in the picture any more
