In shopping for a 6gal tank was told 03 tanks were available but not 02.My 02 is a Delphi,what's the diff?

I was looking for a larger tank also and found this out, never talked to anyone about it. My 02 CVO came stock with EFI but was still a option and not std then? I think it should still work they are for EFI 03 and up

I have a 7 gallon going on my 01 Road King and paid about $500 for the tank but probably looking at another $600 to a grand having a custom seat made to make it all work. It all depends on your budget or what you are willing to spend.

Is this a fuel injection tank? Where did it come from?
