I visit a friend once a year in Eddy Tx. About 70 miles from Ft. Hood. Great riding though a bit hot at times.
I like Horny Toad HD in Temple, and Ft. Hood HD in Harker Heights has some great military themed T's.

Good deal. Make sure you link up with the local CVMA Chapter. 23-5 is a big chapter and an active group. I'm the commander for 23-9 in College Station. When you want to ride a couple hours east, let me know and we will get the Chapter together and take you on the grand tour.

Glad you made it safe brother. Hood is huge, wont be hard to get lost putting around post the first week, lmao.. From the month I was there doing tng, tons of bbq joints just off post and the HD dealer is close.
