I have a stock headpipe from a 2011 FLHTP.
Still has cat.
You can have it for just the shipping from NJ 08046
You can do it yourself and save money

otherwise look to ebay- seems about $150 is about right.
the 2009 would require o2 sensor bung adapters, and the location is not the same as yours- wires may not reach...also while most 2009's have not cat...some do. CA spec bikes often show up in other States
I am in DFW, i have one with a cat that I can de-cat for you. It doesn take a little while to cut if open, remove the catalyst and weld back shut. Can do it for a hundred...
It is easy enough to gut a cat if you have someone who can weld the window back in. Any welding shop will probably do it for about 20.00.
On the heat shield side of the head pipe measure in 3/4" from each end of weld in the collector, then make the window just short of where the radius starts on the sides of the collector. Cut out the window with a very fine metal blade. I use a dremel tool. Pry the window up and clean out the cat with a screwdriver. Get someone to weld the window back in.
Yeah, it's not too hard to gut yours, all you need is a cut-off tool to cut the hole, I had mine welded back up by a Muffler shop for 25 bucks.
I had pics, but I can't seem to find them.
