Default Air Ride Viair compressor question

Hello all , Just got all the stuff for my air ride install. Looking if anyone has pictures of where and how they mounted there compressor. Also anyone know where I can find a Single pole or double pole momentary switch that looks like the factory acc and cruise rocker switches. One more ... Anyone recommend a good remote system?? Thanks ....

I am on the phone...but if you search I have a thread about my install with pics of the compressor mounting...under the fairing, above the radio. Any good remote for led lights will do...need at least two channels...one for up and one for down.

Depending on if your bike has ABS or not, you can mount the compressor in the tray under the right side cover.

I went with a switch like this:

No experience with a remote for you.

Good Luck.

Check out JNR Designs (https://www.facebook.com/JNRDesignsMotorcycle) for a new bracket they started making recently. I wanted a switch on the handlebars so I went with this on http://dirtyworks-kc.com/products/grip-switch-chrome. Other have used the Harley lock switch part number 71764-07.

+1 on the abs tray behind the right side panel. I had to modify the tray a little bit but fits good and on the underside of the tray i mounted up my dump solenoid. As for your switch question ive seen threads where guys would use hareys saddle bag lock switches. Do a little search on here and you will find it. I went with a 3 position switch that i mounted in one of the holes on the cross piece above the transmission on the frame.

I used this remote. It does not say what bike you have, I installed mine behind left side cover and installed the entire thing with 1/4 plastic tubing not the small stuff that came with shocks. I would strongly suggest getting a control valve for the dump end, mine dumps very quickly so I will air up on the fly but I will not let air out unless on very flat pavement or stopped. Hope this helped and you are going to love the setup I get a ton compliments and people can not believe that it was so cheap!
