Veterans Discount?
Merry Christmas to everyone. I was at my dealership and found out they give 10% discount on parts and motor clothes to veterans. They led me to believe it was a Harley Davidson USA benefit but I hadn't heard it before. Wondered if anyone else has found this to be true at other dealerships. My Air Force days may pay off for me. Let me know your experiences.

It's a dealer thing..... not the mother ship. The MoCo does have programs aimed at vets. But not what you are talking about.
Name the dealer...... good dealers deserve to be acknowledged.
Here's what my dealer does. Dennis, and Scott Packee, are awesome. And they do this for all deployed service members.

Colonial Harley in Petersburg, VA does this also. I'm glad because it has saved me hundreds of dollars.

Adamec in Jacksonville Fl stired my buddies bike for 10 months while he was deployed and the upon his return they changed the oil at no cost. Some places I have been with no discount on merch have been Chesters HD in Reno Nv and Tampa HD.

Battlefield Harley in Gettysburg PA also offer discounts(10%) to vets. great bunch of people there.

Vandervest's HD in Green Bay & Peshtigo WI give a 10% military/veteran's discount ... which I use quite a bit. Other than bikes and service, so far it's been on anything in the store, including special order items. I tell them thank you every time I get the discount.
Not sure if any of the other HD dealers nearby (Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Appleton, or Fond du Lac) offer a military/veteran's discount, but not afraid to ask.
