Recently came across two buddies selling slip ons.
One will sell me his 3 1/2 Rinehart for 250$
The other will sell me his new RC Component 4" for 300$
Ill be pairing them with my V&H dresser duals. Just curious about over all sound and performance. Im aware majority will probably go with Rinehart but i curious. Thanks
In my experience, the 3.5" mufflers will be louder than the 4" irregardless of brand. The difference in performance will be negligible especially if slip-ons is going to be your only mod.
I have Rinehart 3.5's. This is my second go around with this size of Rinehart muffler. They will get louder, as any muffler will, with the more run time you put on them. Some folks say they get too loud. My last pair on my '07 SG were pretty aggressive. These new ones I have have very few miles on them so they are still a long way from burning in.
