Is that a Crate straight from S&S? How much do they run if you don't mind my asking?

I had the rockers, tappet blocks, and cam cover powder coated by S&S, other than that it is a crate motor right from them. Msrp is 9250? I got a little better deal for winter work.

Cool, thank you. Good luck on that build. It should be awesome.

Man that would really light up my TriGlide...

But them dang disclaimers:

"At double the HP of a stock motor the power of the T143 requires technical expertise for the installation and tuning along with an experienced rider. This is an ultra performance/race engine. Longevity, engine noise, vibration and throttle sensitivity have all been comprised to reach this level of performance while fitting in a stock chassis and as such is not suitable for every situation. It is the purchaser's responsibility to consider the suitability for their application. Engine noise and damage from abuse is not covered under warranty."

"This product is intended only for closed course competition use and is not legal for sale or use on CA or EPA pollution controlled vehicles."

But, dang...what a ride that would be.

There are 124 Road Kings on this forum. I think as heavy as the trike is and on three wheels, treated with respect that 143 would be one hell of an upgrade. Would love to have it in the back of a VW Bus.

TriGeezer, I don't think those disclaimers should put you off! Unless you plan racing it......
