And it's almost always like this when someone asks what size threads are on their mufflers. Now I don't know about you, but I have yet to see threaded mufflers on any H-D.
And as of yet the OP has not offered up anything that this forum could actually give him an answer to.
If you were using a 5/32 allen it would be 1/4-20 a 3/16 allen a 1/4-20 or a 1/4 allen would be a 5/16-18 or a 5/16 allen would be 3/8-16. If you were using 7/16 wrench it's a 1/4-20 a 1/2 wrench it a 5/16-18 a 9/16 wrench it a 3/8-16. If this don't help send me a pm and I will figure it out for you want be a problem.
