I'm looking to get back in the saddle again. I think I'm going none fairing model this time. I don't care for the 2015 Road King colors I know it's pretty early to know anything about the 2016 models. If or when someone that has inside knowledge about the 2016 color chart. Don't hesitate to share!!

Make sure you check the bikes out in person. Sometimes colors that you dismiss on your computer screen grab you in person. Especially when the sun hits it. I actually like most of the RK colors for '15.
I hear the 2016 Black is even blacker than the other blacks.
And that there is a "throw-back" black for 2017.
Nigel Tufnel: It's like, how much more black could this be? and the answer is none. None more black.
I think where I am really going is that some colors are timeless...and others may not hold up and may "date" the bike.
Lord knows the '90's Softails with the peach frames and turquiose scallops painted on...don;t look so great.
a "limited" paint color may not even be appreciated for 50 years- I have a limited paint 1953 model...some like it but most don't. I am continually asked why I don;t paint it a "nicer color".
OP if you buy it, you better like it...the more "individualized" the color...the harder the resale may be.

I can't buy a black bike or car. Can't do it!! I might budge if it's 1/2 off the price
Last year there were a few colours I quite liked, but I struggle with this year's palette, so next year had better be better! Although I am no more likely to be able to afford a new one........
