I bring the wheels into a shop that mounts and balances my e bay rubber for $15...

I change my own tyres. It's not difficult and quicker than taking it to a shop.
You just need to make yourself a bead breaker.

yes,but usually have shop mount tire on rim and balance

Just did my tubless, c clamp to break the bead and a couple of tire irons, I then put the tire on the bike with just the axle and balance it, a little work but I like it.

Do my own mounting and balancing.
I have the Harbor Freight set up for changing the tires and abalancer that sits on my work bench.
The balancer I have is made by Rod Neff. It is a precision piece of equipment.

I live about 50 miles from the neares M/C shop so I do all my own service work.
