Default Could you identify this plug hole for me?

From a 2013 Road Glide 103

As I was changing my oil tonight I noticed this open "plug" hole... The only thing I could find in the manual was a reference to a "pipe plug". It's underneath the cam cover and obscured by the exhaust. I found it when cleaning the oil blow-by from the intake, which was dripping down the cam cover a bit. I'm also thinking it could be some sort of mounting hole for other frames?

Thanks.

Some exhaust have a bracket that mounts under the cam cover and that would seem to be what that is for.

It looks like your clutch cable is rubbing a hole in a wire harness.? I'd be more concerned about that.

It might just be a drilling for an internal oilway, which has been plugged off.

It's for the exhaust hanger thing-a-majig on Dynas. Unused on Touring.
