Default larger saddlebags
I want some bigger bags for my rk custom and would like to stick with leather. Are the classic bags bigger or any reasonable priced aftermarket's?

the shovelhead FLH heritage used "big bertha" leather bags- see if those are available anywhere.

the hd website will tell you the volume of the bags on each of the models


have you considered a bag that sits on a luggage rack or sissy bar?

I cannot say for sure if the RKC bags are larger than the bags you have now.If you do decide that you want to buy a set of RKC bags let me know... I have a set off of my 2009 RKC that I am not using if you are interested.

Try Osprey Leather, they have some slick bags but can get pricey.

Harleys site says the classic bags are 2200ci but doesn't list the custom bags.

Yes- the "classic" bags are definitely bigger capacity than the "custom" bags. The bags on the FLHRS were pretty small.
