Default how do you afford it?

I see all these new $25k bikes riding around town. I'm riding a 06 rk and want a newer street glide or Electra glide but being a divorced single father I just can't make the payment on a firefighters salary but I see several guys everyday with new shiney harleys. Man, I'm so jealous

I work hard and live within my means. I love the CVO's, but that's not happening right now. Set the goal and do what you have to in order to achieve it even if that means setting aside a few bucks every month for a couple of years first. Glad family comes first though.

I'm on a police officers salary and I had the same question, no idea how some of these people can afford a $40,000 build. Or even a stock CVO at that....

Are you kidding me. Hell I know guys with older steeds than yours and they will not part with them. They keep the oil fresh and the paint waxed. Shoot my steed is an '08 RKC and its a keeper..for ever and ever...

I have a small mowing business in addition to my regular job and it pays for the bike. Not having kids or an ex wife helps too!

I have pretty much worked 2 or 3 jobs most of my career. If you really want it, there is a way -- and look used.
