Don't think of it as anything more than you went on a diet and lost 190#'s, its still you, just a lighter more agile you, ride long, ride safe!

Awwwwww, come guy. Ya just need to get out there and gut it out. Run three miles a day for a few weeks straight, all your knee problems will be gone. Not sure what will replace the knee problems but it will certainly take your mind off of them.
