I hate it for you man. That day will come for all of us one day. everything seems to be wearing out. brain wants to still do but body says ok but you're gonna pay for it. At least you are still ridding and thats the main thing. so all is not lost. enjoy your new ride.
kroozeabout.
Hate to hear that bud. I think you moved in the wrong direction though. You had a better riding bike with the SG but I'm sure your knees and ankles will let you know for sure. No need to run off though.
Street Bobs are cool bikes too. As long as you're still riding a big twin Harley I don't consider it moving down. It's more of a lateral move in my book. Enjoy the new ride
You're still a Harley guy, on the Harley forum, so it's all good. Enjoy the new bike, and weighing almost 300 lbs. less than my bike, I'd bet that Street Bob is a lot more fun on the back roads and twisties than mine. More than once there have been times where I almost dropped the bike and thought a lighter model wouldn't be a half-bad idea.

If my better 1/2 didn't like riding with me and I could afford two bikes i would still have my street bob. Enjoy the new Bob hope you have years of riding left with it.
