Went today just to look around and I bought a 02 E Glide Classic with only 10,000 miles on it. Talked to the owner at the dealership and he gave me 16,000 for my 02 lowrider. $1,650 out the door difference. I loved my lowrider and hate to see it go, but I had 3 surgeries on my neck and it just did not give me the ride I needed to be comfortable. It was my first harley and it will be missed very much but the wife said only one at a time in our house. Wish me luck with my new ride.

Not sure what mods yet, don't want to press my luck with the better half yet. Bike already has sweet sounding pipes on it and a great ridding seat. But it will need some chrome here and there, Might just hold off till christmas. That will make it easy for the wife and kids to shop. The dealer has invited me to his christmas party for the past couple years and anything in the store for a couple hours is 50% off, so I go out to the service area and eat drink and shoot the breeze while the wife does her shopping, with a list I give her. Can't wait till tomorrow to pick it up, he was putting a set of lowering shocks on it for me at no charge, (great people) since I am vertically impared 5'7". Took it out for a test ride and put on about 100 mile today and I can't believe how it rode , I love my lowrider but it couldn't even compare to the Glide. So Smooth!!!
