Yup. Mine came with all of the above but you would be surprised how quickly you can go through those zip ties and tape. The syphon hose was put to use less than a week from my purchase. Found a rider out of gas out in the country about 10 miles from my hometown and I had just filled up. Also came with a flashlight. Comes in handy when working on the side of a dark road.

You are a good riding buddy to have. I used to always do this too because I knew my friends would break something and they are never prepared. Camping trips with them can be a nightmare.
Anymore I am of the opinion that if I think I will need a tool, I bring it. If I think someone else may need a tool, I will recommend that they do so. I am no longer carrying things because others may find it useful.
I will give you high consideration for being a better friend than I.

I'm sure I can put this together for less money, but I'm more concerned about whether this tool kit covers what I'm likely to need for a road-side repair. I don't know myself, because I leave most of the maintenance to the shop.

Thanks.
If your RK has spoke wheels a cell phone and road side assistance if you have a flat. If you have tubeless a plug kit and compressor. A flat is the #1 oh chit on the road. On modern Harleys, that includes yours the MOCO uses some sort of thread locker on what seems like everything. The days of shedding parts going down the road ended with the shovel. I don't carry a lot of tools just the basics. But I do carry lock wire, tie wraps and tape just in case. I also carry spare fuses. Just remember most things that will leave you stranded will require parts that you won't have. I don't claim to be a great world traveler but I have done my fair share of touring. Other than plugging tires on the side of the road I don't recall a single instance where the other tools I was carrying "saved the day." Not that it couldn't happen. If you're riding with a group that always seems to need repairs in the motel parking lot at night, well I don't know what to say other than maybe it's time to look for smarter friends.

Search "SLIME-40001". It's very small and surprisingly efficient.
