yeah, i just assumed that he was talking about the older one since all his bikes in his sig are pre-rushmore.... but then there are some people putting the newer tourpacks on their older bikes.

Yep...I have the new style on mine.

I concur the new style chopped TP does not come with the plate.

Here it is on my RK. Only comes in current 2014/2015 colors and unpainted.
