So as I sit and wait to ride I noticed that my new to me Ultra has a trunk rack that was not properly mounted. Looks like they used bolts that were too long and tried to make it up with extra washers. The rack could move up and down a full half inch. Well that ain't gonna work. So I decided I would take it off and remount it with the correct hardware. Well one of the bolts snapped off.
No problem I have extractors and such. Well I don't know what the H they used but of all the drill bits I have none of them will drill this bolt.
So now I have to replace it. GRRRR...

If you can't drill it, it isn't a Harley bolt - most of them are pretty cheezy.
Get yourself some left twist drills and that broken piece will likely come out before you get done drilling it.
