Prime apes or Yaffe MB?

Prime apes or Yaffe MB?

I know there are a few threads on this, but they are older and I would like peoples opinions on the likes and dislikes if any on each. I'm looking at the 13' prime apes and the 12' Yaffe's. Are the Yaffe's worth the extra money? Also on a 2012 FLHX do you need to replace cables and lengthen the wires with 12's?

I cant speak for the monkey bars, but I like my Prime apes. I put them on my 07 RK and just installed them on my 15 SGS, Love the fit and feel of them, pretty much the perfect fit for me. And they are $255 from Phat Performance. Quite a bit cheaper than the monkey bars I think

I to have a 2012 SG... currently having PYO MB installed as I type this... I have 10" bars. They "fit" without any extensions. Although I must say there is little to no slack left. When making hard turns the cables & wires will be stretched to the limit. For this reason I went ahead with 4" extensions. I would get the extensions if I were you especially with 12's. They look great! Can't wait to get her home!
