I have had the HD Windsplitter and am happy with it. That said, there are lots of good manufacturers out there. All of the better ones use virtually the same materials. 2 important things, you size it so that you are looking over it, not through it, and you use care when you clean it to avoid scratching. Proper cleaning agents and fibre cloths are a must for cleaning any windshield materials.
Fastaire 9" lightly tinted. Cant beat the shield or the service. Highly recommend. You can see it on my bike at 2011ultralimited.weebly.com. Works great in combination with JES custom's fork mounted wind deflectors. And no, I have no affiliation with either, just great products and great service.
