Very true brown.. I used an 11x17 sheet of paper and basically drew out each pin location and it's color.. I recommend soldering the connections the male female **** namz has on theirs didn't work for me at all unless u want the heat shrink to be the only thing holding them together..
Agreed. I had a pin break off in the "connector" and it caused intermittent issues. Solder or butt connectors are way better...
Ok so I got my bars ordered so they are on the way. I have a friend with some experience that can help so as far as extending the switch wires and swapping out clutch/brake/throttle I just need to know what I am buying. I have a JP here so I can pretty much walk in and buy anything or I can order online so I guess just looking for what it is specifically I need to be buying and where I should buy from if you don't mind offering suggestions. A couple here have said LA Choppers and Namz.
Am I correct in thinking that I will need to bleed the brakes? Also I only need a brake line that goes to a splitter right? From the splitter to the brakes would still be good of course.
U need upper and lower lines.. Look at the LA kits and u will see.. The chrome puck/splitter has 3 threaded holes on it 1 for left front brake 1 for right front brake and 1 to the bars.. The stock set up cant be taken apart
