Bored at work and I was poking around for headlight upgrade options. So far I've found a few that look great, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these eBay lights I'm seeing. They look identical to the MoCo "Daymaker" units and have the same "specs", but you just never know until someone you trust has tried one.
some of us don't think much of the leds- some have a very narrow angle and may not light the corners.
some find that the bike is not seen as easily by other traffic in the daytime.
some find hot spots and cold spots, uneven illumination
and the cost is pretty high.
The leds should be a no-brainer...but until the cost comes down and the illumination is even and wide...I ain;t gonna do it.

I've got daymaker headlight and hd led auxiliary lamps. I like the way they look from the seat and the front. I have them on 24/7. I feel cagers "see"them better than the solo headlight. Mtc
