Which shop should get my business for 21" wheel

I am looking to purchase the DNA Monmouth 21" tire Combo with rotors and the following 2 shops are only $20 different. Any good or bad experience with customer service between eitherof them before I purchase the set up for my 2007 SG.
1. Eastern Performance Cycles

I bought a set of wheels from Eastern Performance back in 2010. Everything arrived as promised and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I have done business with Eastern Performance and was very happy. That being said, I recently ordered a PM 21" wheel and at the time of purchase was told they were in stock and it would be 2-3 week delivery...one week later that changed to 7 to 8 weeks. Very disappointing...and here I wait. I will say that other vendors I called after getting that news all told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks from PM.
