your gauge is the 75032-96 used thru 1998.
1999 started the 75032-99- I don;t know what the diff is.
for the evo models, it is easy to tap off the oil pump and mount the gauge on the rear head.
I know I have at least one in my garage in a box...aside from HD, ness and all the catalog houses offered silicone filled OPG's.
swap meets, ebay etc.
