Or you could use this. My torque wrench only goes to about 90 ft lbs, this extension would work to get to the manual values, 95-105#'s I think. Don't have the manual available right now. The following link shows various extensions, click on your configuration, enter data, results in setting for torque wrench to achieve torque with extension.
That thing will suck doing the job, its too short to work around the mufflers and the 6 point will take away too many options for position. As said you have no conversions to make for the torque, just keep it at 90 degrees from your torque wrench. Timbo141 posted a link for the right tool or you can get them from HD or your local Snap-on truck.
