I paid $350 for TL7 HL and Passing lights. Its the best money i've spent on my bike. Last night was my first ride with them. After making a HL adjustment I love em.
I have a dilemma. I took all 3 of my LED's off my 2006 Road King. I just got a 2014 and the problem is you need to buy the adapter harness and SPLICE the new headlamp in. Well, I'm not going to cut and hack my OEM harness to make the headlamp work. The passing lamps are still plug and play.
I have a Daylighter Projector from a pre-14 on my '14. I bought an adapter, and it was P&P...
No splicing.

One of the forum sponsors has recently added a plug&play LED headlamp bulb that requires no wire cutting, $69.95.

HD price $400 headlight..HG Price $400 passing lamps...their warranty on em...oh well once you pay if it blows out oh well...$800 total for HD inflation, forget it...No little light bulbs worth $800...There are cheaper ways to see and be seen..Just me though, I don't have $ to throw away for being stupid..
Yep, there sure is, but everyone is entitled to buy an $800 dollar hammer if they so choose to do so.
Myself, I run an Osram/Sylvania 80/100 watt bulb with a Kissan Path-Blazer headlight modulator.
A total of $130 bucks.
Annoying, yup but it gets me seen, from what I see.
Don't forget your rear end either.
I run a BAL for that.
It is annoying as well. lololol.

If not wanting to spend the money for LED lighting you can replace the bulbs in the passing lamps with 37.5w #898 bulbs from your local auto parts store. They are 1100 hr. life and give you more light than TL but not as much as Daymaker rebranded Speakers. I ran these along with a E code headlamp with Osram Rally 85/80w bulb that lit up the road much better than stock but not like what I'm now running.
Billy
And another added bonus with LED is the much lower draw on the charging system. With the high powered super osrams when I hit the switch on my passing lamps the bike idle would change with the load.
