bone stock, slip ons , a/c stage one,,i know the rev limiter is at 5400 to 5500 I have had it come on before ,I don't ride my bike hard ,,but tonight I wanted to blow out the carbon and it went to 6000 +and still wanted to go more ,,do not have an after market tuner ,,tc88 bone stock,,, what is going on here?? why is the limiter not kicking in???
yes, but I have hit the limiter @ 55 before so why does it not do that anymore,, have not done anything to it?
Instrument error, or you just happened to see it at 5,500 from the rev limiter hitting and causing an rpm drop. The factory installed tach isn't the most accurate either.
