If I scrape with my OL on the back, he'd never get back on the bike. Damn triage nursing.

I have a SG, so I have to try really hard not to scrape when 2up.

Glad you figured it out.

Any scratching on the exhaust right behind the primary when you inspected?

Just something to keep in mind about dragging, leaning really. All things being equal, a right handed person will always lean more to the left than the right. Left handed vice versa. You instinctively protect your "good" side. If you set out a cone 20 yards away, & ask someone only to go make a u turn around it, right handed people will tend to turn to the left, left handed will turn to the right. It's just how we're wired.

Interesting. That makes sense with me...as on the motorcycle, bicycle, and skis I'm far more willing to push things when turning left. Busted up my left clavicle when pushing 65mph on the skis through a hard left and lost the edge, and still my body seems more willing to risk the left side, ha.

I find this to be true, but with practice the inclination to always go to the left (for a right hander) disappears. In fact, I tend to go to the right first now.
