A question for those of you who have the Harley Davidson Visa card through U.S. Bank. Have you had problems with the rewards redemption web site or is it just me. I have tried to use this site on two separate occasions only to be told my request could not be processed. I have experienced poor customer relations with US Bank and am extremely disappointed in their service. I like the idea of chrome cash because it is something I can use, and not some stupid magazine subscription other reward cards offer. I find it amazing the the Motor Company has chosen this bank to represent the name Harley Davidson.
Just had the same problem last week. Was wanting to use it to help pay for some tires I needed and it would not go threw either. Seems they still don't have it fixed.
Its not a browser issue. I called and had US Bank try to do it for me and they could not do it either. They are blaming whatever company they have to interface with to issue the card.
If you want it mailed to you then it is not an issue.

I've had no problem getting my rewards. I got the card last fall and have cashed the rewards in twice. Email showed up within minutes and no problems at the dealership either.
Lousy interest rate, but I pay it off every month so it doesn't matter.
I'm no IT guy, but maybe try using a different browser.
Had them for ten years and no problem.
Lately they suck. Had multiple issues where they changed my card for security purposes by their choice and it caused a nightmare with online bill paying. Only credit card, I own so I was screwed, while they straightened out THEIR mistake. At least six calls to customer service.... oh ....they gave me 7500 bonus points for the trouble. Not even close worth the hassle I went through....gonna get one that rebates on gas instead and put theirs in garbage. I don't need/want/or use a $20k limit anyway...
I have been very happy with both the customer service and redeeming points.
the news system where you dont have to wait for a card in mail is great
print out the coupon and walk in the dealer or maybe just show coupon code on cell phone .
i run 5 to 15g a month on that card and am totally pleased
yeah, they're having an issue with redemption via email right now...and since at least Friday. I've called them twice to find out if it's going to be fixed as I've got a giant order with Kutter just waiting for the gift card. might just have to have them mail it to me.
other than this snafu, i've had great luck with them for 5+ years...and now that my wife has a pharma sales job where she's buying $300+ lunches every day for offices...i've got more damned chrome cash than I know what to do with...she's going to wise up to it pretty soon and switch to some other rewards....
