Default Break in question
I am approaching 1000 miles on my RG. After I am at 1000 miles, is it safe to use cruise control. I know during the break in you are not supposed to maintain the same rpm/speed for long periods of time. Just wondering if I can set the cruise and not worry about it after 1000 miles.

PAst that point ,besides never put much into that break in crapp.Ive always rode it like I was going to ride rather 25 or 25000 miles.Heck built race engines that hit track after being fired cpl times did burnout around 7000 to 8000, staged up and hit 9000 on shift points.But if your going to go by HDs rule your fine now anyway

Thanks alot. Using the cruise sure is nice. This is my first bike with cruise and I sure did not expect to use this feature. It would be hard to go back to not having cruise now
