Talking My Engine Build 102hp 113tq

Started life as a 2009 FLHTCU 96" 75hp 85tq
After 69,000 miles it was time for new:
As Pictured: 103ci 102hp 113tq - Look at the curve
GREAT for a all around tourining high milage bike Cheaper than a Stage 4 kit

I maintained the Stock Throttle Boddy , and Injectors - read way to many folks not to happy with thier Satge 4 kits


This is the Meat of my changes: Clutch Spring was changed to the SE, Push Rods etc............

New pistons , heads, cams, and intake and exhaust you basically have a stage 4. Most of the time a stage 4 will put out a lot better #s than what you have posted. I did the same as you 103," cams, heads, intake and exhaust, stock throttle body and injectors, 122lbs. Tq. and 118 hp.

His choice in cams is pretty much what limited him in that aspect but still decent numbers. Should pull really well.

2010 Limited with some stuff

I wonder how much better my bike would run with just flat top pistons and the se-255 or se-585 cams?

That is really good for 255s. Hope ya got a good tune for guard against pinging.
