Not much progress as I'm still waiting on the bulk of the order to come in but here's a pic of some stuff removed. I did more tonight and will post another pic tomorrow when I can get it outside. The good stuff will probably be getting done late next week. I put in a large order and expect wheels, Pikard trees, fender and few others mid next week. My chrome lowers will be here tomorrow. Side kick custom seat will be in monday also. The wheels were custom made so late next week on those and trees along with carbon wrap front fender.

Here's another with a few more changes. Not the best pic as it's taken in garage but progress is being made. Fun project and hiding receipts as I go along with it. Lol
This pic, I've added quick detach hardware, 4" windshield, samson pipes. Tomorrows pics will show more progress. I'll have a delay after tomorrow for about a week while getting ready for complete front end makeover.
I slammed it 3" also with a bagger werx kit. FYI, that kit is great. Haven't loss any change in ride. I'm gonna leave the bag rails on it until I get the bad dad bags on it. Those rails leave too many holes and it bugs the you know what outta me. I removed them last night but put back on as it wS gonna cause me to loose sleep having exposed holes in lids and on bag gaurd.
Here are a couple of shots of my '02 FLHT, all bore 107" motor worked over (122TQ/110HP) with what I call "stock custom" modifications. I am not into radical changes but prefer the suttle changes that upgrade/update an older model and make it just different enough that most can't tell what year or model it is at first glance. Not much left to do now but I will black powder coat the engine guards, replace the OEM bars with some black ones that are up and back a bit, fit a 6 gallon tank and remote mounted oil filter to finish up the look. I am much more into performance modifications than lots of chrome, big fat tires, stereos, custom bags, etc.
Any suggestions on bars? I was looking at doing 12" apes from high country custom cycles. They have the kit that comes pre wired along with chrome controls as a turn key kit
Chrome lowers came in today. Rick does an awesome job. I didn't do the exchange as I didn't wanna be against the clock so I bought these out right but man they look awesome. Here's a pic of one. Didn't wanna drag both out. Soon as everything else gets here which looks like first of next week the good stuff starts.
