That's interesting about the alarm FOB issue since your BCM controls the fob and alarm, you flashed your ECM for the tune. Two totally different modules.

I know on my 13 Heritage at 75 miles I installed the Vance and Hines Straight Shots and got lot's of decel pop.

After the FP3, it was completely gone! Bike has been running well.

Maybe I hit something under the left side cover. I'll check it out tonight and review the service manual for the BCM.
