Default header pipe help!

Switching my catted pipe for a non-catted pipe. Want to ensure zero leaks, the first time. So I've got the new gaskets in the freezer. (read that to be a good idea, on here.) Is there torque specs or a sequence of torque specs that may help to do this correctly.

Thank you guys for all your help!

Yes there is and also a torqu sequence
It's in the manual but from memory.........
Front cylinder upper nut 9-20 inch lbs
lower nut 100-120 inch/lbs
upper nut 100-120 inch/lbs

Rear cylinder
Lower nut 9-20
upper 100-120
lower 100-120

I think that is what it is, but check the service manual

from the 2015 manual. And do the Auto tune when you get it back together it is well worth it.

Well, hey that works guys!

Downloaded new map into P.V. gaskets in freezer and specs ready to go!!!

Shoot! Still waiting for new pipe to show up! Lol! Proper prep is all.

Small increase on the butt dyno would be nice. Really looking for a little more noise.

I don't remember what bike you have and what else you've done to it JT?
My 2014 FLHTK with V&H Power Duals, Monster ovals and Arlen Ness AC runs great. Did 3 auto tunes and couldn't ask for more. 45 mpg.

Vernal,

'12 street glide. Put open a/c on and s.e. slip ons.....couldn't be more disappointed! Lol.

Things really turned around two week ago. Added the Fuel Moto Power Vision. Really brought everything together......mpg went up significantly!

Going with a 555torqster in the next couple weeks.

Just trying to pacify myself until I have a few extra bucks.......maybe pop for something serious!

Cams will definetly wake up the engine. Are the 555torqsters the same as the Woods 555s that Fuel Moto sells? Just thinking ahead to where you may want to get to eventually, one of the regulars here just had his 2010 that had 555s done initially up to FM for the full 107 treatment and he's getting 110hp/124tq! LOL! ... and I'll bet it's smooth as a baby's bottom too.
