Your stock header is somewhat restrictive due to the catalytic converter- along with the restrictive stock intake there will be little if any gain in flow through the motor.
With no additional flow into & out of the motor, no tuning compensation would be required.

Not sure of exact oil. Dealer does fluid changes so I would guess it's the standard mid level product.
mid level oil...no problem. Slip on mufflers and no other modification should not require
tuner or any other engine changes. Enjoy the new exhaust note.
