I found a plastic tube that was about a foot long so if it comes off again it will stick out even at BDC. imagine in a bike that you cant get at. something you never think about untill it happens. kept a zippered lip.

just take it out and ride it more and you won't have to fool with it.

I would have left it in there... after a few minutes of running it would come out of the exhaust..prolly in liquid form...

If you are keeping the bike inside, there is no need to fog the inside of the cylinder. Heck even in the garage there is no need unless its going to sit for many months, or even years. Stuff an oily rag up each exhaust pipe to seal it off and keep anything out.

you could be right but if your not and something sticks or breaks guess who has to take it apart. i do this to all my seasonal gear, drain gas and fog. never had a problem.
