FLHTPI cruise control question
Hi,
Being new to Harley's and especially the police ones, I'm curious about the thumb screw under the right handle on a 1999 FLHTPI. It locks the throttle, so I'm assuming it's the "manual" cruise control. But there is also a Cruise light under the speedo, next to the engine light. That one never goes on. Is it intended for the civilian models that have real cruise control?
