I've been using a cheap craftsman bag I got for free at sears. After only about a year there are holes worn in the bottom, I assume from sliding around in my side bag. I don't mind buying a better bag but don't want it wearing out in a year. Maybe something leather? I keep the usual stuff in it, some sockets, ratchet, crescent wrench, allens, pliers, etc,
I have those as well. I bought them at a rally a few years ago, they still look like new. Very handy, and they fit an amazing amount of stuff and take up very little room.
I can still use my liner bags with them with no problems.
I use a leather shaving bag, fits everything nicely and hasn't worn out yet. I also put small towels in the bottom of my saddlebags so things are flying around.
