I'm putting an Enforcer front wheel on my 05. I have the 05 manual so I'd like someone to give me the torque numbers for the 25mm axle, rotor bolts an caliber bolts. They may be the same as my 05 set up but figured I'd ask. Thanks.
I just put one on my 05 as well, but I can't help since I used a flush mount axle. I'm curious though...what did you do about your brake swap? Same master cylinder and brake lines? Or did you swap to later model stuff?
the plan is using the stock 05 stuff. I've read where others have done it with the 05 lines an MC, others say it won't work. I thought I got a deal on the reactor wheel an tire an I needed a tire soon anyway, then I learned about the brake swap being required. My calibers an pads are on the way an I picked up a nice chrome axle with covers. I have an E glide an would like to go with the plain street glide front fender eventually.
I was looking at the Andrews 21 cam too but the shop I was talking to said I should just go ahead an get the 26. I'm considering gear drive too, but that's next years tax return.
I reused all my stock stuff, m/c and lines. Banjo fittings were a direct bolt on. Lever feels a little different, but it's hard to quantify how much. As for the 21's, I love them but I've never tried the 26's, which come on a few hundred rpm later. Pulls like a tractor from right off idle.
