My rear bleeder is pretty rounded off, ended up putting vice grips on it to pull it out. I am wondering if this is a specialty HD part or if I can pick one up at Auto Zone.

You should be able to pick them up at Autozone. Some folks replace them with speed bleeders.
Can get them at any auto parts store, some stores even carry the speed bleeder versions in stock. The thread size does vary bike to bike, so either take the old one with you or check the thread size online for your bike before you go so you get the right one.
Went to autozone and the matched one up for me, it's a speed bleeder. My question now is the bottom end is pointy, will I need to grind it off to match the stock one?
Since nobody replied, I decided to grind off the tip to match the stock one. Seems to be seated in ther good, but only time will tell. I won't know if it works until I get my new brake line (will most like be here Monday)

Looking at the difference between the two, I'd say you made the right decision. As you said, time will tell. Worst case scenario, your not out much.
Got my brake line on today. I gotta say, the speed bleeder is pretty slick, works like a charm, and super easy and very quick.
I didn't get the speed bleeder brand, I got whatever brand autozone sells. I may just buy another set and change out my front ones. (Even though I dust change the front using a mighty vac.
I have Speed Bleeders on another bike but I also use the Speed Bleeder Bag, just hang it higher than the caliper and you won't get air in the line with the stock bleeders.
