Drain the tan, pop the canopy and pull the fuel pump and all the lines. Inspect every inch of line and look for little abraded spots like in the pic I posted.
I went thru this same crap in '04 on my then pretty new '03 Ultra.
Post back if you find the pinholes.

Plenty of practice with draining the tank. Almost to the point no gas has hit bike or floor. Then there are times gas is every where. .I couldn't see the pics you posted, but you can send them to:

took a little bit but got check valve off tank and there is not a hole in the in-line fuel hose. I didn't know the fuel pump shouldn't prime every time you turn it on or should hold pressure for a bit. The other hose in the tank is still filled with gas so there must not be a hole there. I did check that one also.
What are the option to fix, if the fuel pressure is low? I don't have a fuel pressure gauge tester.
The ignition coil I have checked with the meter, but since it is a deutch connection and I have to figure out which wires to hit and also check the plug that the spark plug wires go into.
What should the OHM's be set at and once I get a reading what should it be?
Going to try to condense some of my post and question:
1) What do you look at if fuel pressure is low
2)What do you look for if checking intake or throttle body leak
3) ignition coil check with deutch connection and set OHM's at what
4) Is it a possible that riding 12 or so miles while running so rough or on one cylinder at times (only guessing cause of how rough it was running and if injector was working every now and then) could there be a problem with the push rods (quickie S&S rods)
I'm going to recheck the pushrod. In high gear on lift, three of the rods moved freely and one couldn't be moved. I readjusted it per instruction (20flats). Wouldn't start and that is where I'm at now. I will try a new map in it b4 I look at the rods again.
Thanks
