Default lighting problems

Checking to see if anyone knows about passing light problems,check fuse and pulled light of front and found no current to light.any help would be great...thanks..mike

is the switch on the nachelle on (in the up position) ? (the one on the right)

If you have power to your headlight you should have power to the passing lamps, it's tied into the low beam wire. I suppose it's possible the wire broke. If the lights were there from the factory (Heritage) you would see the connection under the left side of the tank, if it's an after the fact add-on, it's probably spliced in inside the headlight housing.

Oh shoot, I forgot I was in the touring section, I'm in a softail frame of mind right now, not sure on the touring models!!

hey I felt kinda dumb asking about the switch, but yours was going to be next question...been an electrician for 15 years...doesn't take long to learn that the simple questions are the ones you ask first right? LOL

Kind of reminds of "slingblade" when the dudes tiller won't run and Carl opens the tank and says "it ain't got no gas in it"

i'm an mechanic(auto) by trade,possible swithc on left handle bar?Just riding one day and they didn't work..

Okay...then yer a step over the average bear already...

So you're saying you don't have power at the switch on the bars? Have you got the shop manual?
