I was curious as to what the charging volts should read at idle? So, I put one of my PV gauges to battery volts and at idle is says 14.40 volts.
Charging voltage should be between 13 and 15 volts...with your battery fresh off the charger...it should be nice and charged so it would be normal for the regulator to drop the charging voltage to 13...I would get that battery tested.
While you were checking Battery Mart site I wrote them a note asking when or if they plan to carry the new Lightening Start Deka battery. It's only been 10 to 15 minutes but I don't really expect an answer until tomorrow at the earliest. I will post when the answer comes in.
No acknowledgement from Battery Mart, not even an automated response.
There is a new battery by Dekka. Part # is WPX30L-LS 30ah and 600 cca
Really spins the motor over. The name for the battery is "Lightning Start"
Available at Amazon.com for $129.99, and free shipping. Just search WPX30L-LS
I have one of these and I can tell you it will spin the motor like you haven't seen before. Your battery is doing the same thing mine was and is getting weak. 14.4 v means your charging system is working like it should. You may want to put your new battery on charge before installing.

I just went to battery mart site and the don't list anything other than the ETX big crank
Bagman1, just an update on your original question. Played the stereo last night at the camp ground for our group and the LED was still Green after 2 hours of music. Bike was about 30 ft away so the stereo and amp were working.
Finally the word from battery mart on the 600cca battery:
