Had a thought on those ebay trees. Didn't you say that these were used on choppers all the time?
If so, the Chopper has lass weight to contend with compared to a full dress. So definetly don't use on a bagger.
My $ 0.02 of course....

the brand makes some things for choppers but that specific thing was made for a touring bike not a chopper
Well, Ultima is made in Korea. I'm not willing to possibly compromise the integrity of my ride to save a few bucks on trees. Not sure how anyone else feels about this but I prefer a tried and true product that is made here in the USA even if it costs a lot more as that way I am supporting my own economy and getting a better product. Sure anyone can get someone overseas to knock off a high quality made in the USA product to bring a cheaper product to market however this product is never as nice and never functions as well as the original.
Working in this industry you see all kinds of stuff and it seems the lesson that has been learned many times over is get the good part that costs more first and you do not end up having to buy the better part later on down the road when you discover that what you got is not going to work well. Sure, you save a little money off the bat but you end up spending more later on which is counterproductive in all ways.

I didn't mean to offend, just was out drinking with the wife and a Commercial came on with a chopper and I had the thought. My thinking was maybe people were / might 7se the Chopper trees on a bagger. That's all that I meant.
I ran a 23 with HHI trees. Not a problem and rode great. Only thing is once the big wheel bug catches you you'll regret not going 26 which I ended up doing a few months later, with an AS bolt on.
To be honest the 26 rides better

This thing is soooo DOPE!!!!!! what is stock and what is aftermarket... the front wheel fender and the bags I know...what else?
I have nothing to add but I just wanted to say that every bike on this thread looks absolutely terrific. Really inspiring stuff fellas.
I'm going to do a daily rider 23 with my Limited. Hope it still looks killer in Grandpa mode. Hope to have a comfortable, trip worthy "custom" kinda.
Mine is my commute and daily driver, it is a 2011 EG Classic and the looks are not too bad with the tour pack on. I honestly think that the bigger front wheel helps balance the look out with the king tour pack on the back. But that is just me.
