Depends on what you consider a big difference.
If you put two parts painted with the different Reds on the same bike, you WILL notice the difference.
It does not take much difference in color shade to notice when you place them side by side.

ember red vs crimson red, big difference. crimson is more dark red and ember red has a lighter orangish tint. but i will say the dupont spray paint at the part store has a pretty close match as long as they arent right beside each other like bag and lids. inferno red looks pretty close
